Cancellation and Refund

1. Order Cancellation

• Before Dispatch:
  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us at:

  • If the cancellation request is approved, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• After Dispatch:
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped or dispatched.
  • Refusal to accept delivery will not be considered a valid cancellation.

2. Return & Refund

Due to the nature of pharmaceutical and wellness products, we do not accept returns unless the product meets one or more of the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Refund If:

• You received a damaged, expired, or wrong product.
• The product delivered is different from what you ordered.
• You received an incomplete order (missing products).

To qualify for a refund or replacement:

• Report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• Provide clear photos/videos of:
  • Outer packaging
  • Product(s) received
  • Invoice copy
• Products must be unused, sealed, and returned in original packaging (if requested).

3. Refund Process

• Once the issue is verified and approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds are made to the original mode of payment.
• In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may request your bank details to initiate a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Opened, used, or tampered products.
• Products without original packaging or invoice.
• Items returned after the 48-hour window.
• Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
