1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Timeframes

• Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery time depends on your location:
  • Metro cities: 3–5 business days
  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
  • Remote areas: Up to 10 business days

Note: Sundays and public holidays are not counted as business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
• A flat shipping charge of ₹49 is applicable on orders below ₹499.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number and courier details will be shared via SMS/email.
• You can track your order status directly through our website or courier partner’s tracking page.

5. Delays in Delivery

While we strive for timely delivery, certain factors beyond our control may cause delays:

• Unforeseen weather conditions
• Local restrictions or lockdowns
• Courier service disruptions
• Incorrect or incomplete address

In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue promptly.

6. Delivery Attempt & Re-Delivery

• Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 2 times.
• If you are not available to receive the package, it may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• If you receive a package that is damaged, opened, or tampered, do not accept it.
• Take a photo and report it to us within 24 hours so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
